Students IN ministry

The more I watch students develop and grow in the church, the more I am impressed by them.  It makes sense - we believe God calls us to action.  I believe we should be less and less afraid of allowing students to step out IN ministry.  There will be issues that come about to be sure, but that is why it is so great that leaders can be there to grow with the students.  Fine Arts is a tool we can use to develop the gifts in our students.  There are opportunities in the local church where our students can lead the way.  At the district level, I am looking forward to involving students on some of our committees.  Their leadership and influence are going to be key for the future.  Let's keep chasing dreams and watching students IN ministry!
